Laser Treatments

At Temptation Studio we like to ensure that every client has the best opportunity to have a highly professional service in a friendly and courteous atmosphere. To achieve this, we would ask all our clientele to keep in mind the following terms and conditions.

📍SUN BEDS Under 18’s on sun beds – Temptation Studio encourages responsible tanning. Sun beds are for over 18’s only. If you are lucky enough to look under 25, ID will be required on your first visit. There are no exceptions to this rule, so please come prepared otherwise unfortunately we will have to turn you away. We only accept the following forms of ID at Temptation Studio: – Provisional Driving License/Driving License – Passport.

📍Expiration of Minutes and Sessions – Please note that all minutes and sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

📍Lateness – please arrive early for your sun bed or beauty treatment. Turning up late will shorten your treatment or sun bed time if you have booked in advance. We ask new clients for Sun beds and Treatments to arrive 5 minutes early to fill out your consultation card. Please bear in mind that if you are late, your treatment / sun bed will end on time so the next client isn’t delayed.

📍Deposits for Treatments – can be made at the studio. If you Cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours’ notice, deposits are refunded in full. For bookings a minimum £15.00 deposit is required. If your treatment cost more than £30.00 a minimum 50% deposit is required. Deposits are non-refundable, under any circumstances and if you are late for your appointment 15min, your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit.

📍Refunds – Refunds for sun beds are only available for medical conditions upon receipt of a valid medical certificate. All requests must be via e-mail to info@temptationstudio.co.uk and marked for the attention of the Manager.

📍Cancellations and Missed Appointments – We understand that there are always occasions when life gets hectic and plans have to change. However, is unfair on both our staff and other clients when a client cancels last minute or misses their appointment. We therefore have the below policies in place.

📍Please note, that if you cancel/reschedule or miss an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, we have the right to request payment in full for your appointment and we will politely request your next appointment to be paid for in advance in full at the time of booking.

📍Beauty Clients under 18 – We request that clients under 18 are accompanied by an adult, and Parents / Guardians sign their consultation forms. We do not perform Intimate Waxing Treatments on any clients under the age of 18. Please bring ID to your first treatment.

📍Damage/Loss of Client Property – Please note that The Temptation Studio cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage to client’s property whilst on the premises.

📍 Parking. You can park on the main road North Woolwich Road by purchasing up to 4 hour’s ticket for your own responsibility with no return 1hr. Parking on the same road free from 6.30pm

📍Gifts and products – we not accepting returns and not giving refunds.

📍Gift Vouchers – are available for all sun beds, treatments and products. Will expire 6 months from purchase date. It cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and cannot be exchanged for cash.
